About This Event:

Bestie’s Bubbly Sip and Shop is a bi-monthly self care vendors market!

Bestie’s Bubbly will feature a rotating cast of local small businesses that include clothing boutique’s, makers selling candles, handmade goods, plus so much more.

This event will be self care focused and will include:

• Hip Hop Step Aerobics, HIIT Circuit, and Live Elite Demo with Lion Athletics. (RSVP highly recommended due to limited space)

• Guest Speaker Candace Walls, M.S. AMFT and Self Care Advocate, who will do a live self care assessment and discussion. Creating an opportunity to get everyone thinking about the way they are taking care of themselves and ways they can implement more self care.
