Follow these tips to get the most out of your candles.
No. 1
Safety First
Always burn candles with in sight and NEVER leave unattended. Open flames are dangerous, candle with care.
No. 2
Trim Your Wick
Always trim your wick to ¼ inch before lighting for an optimum burn. Only trim your wick when your candle is completely cooled!
No. 3
Let It Burn
Always burn your candle long enough to allow melted wax to reach the edge of the container to avoid tunneling. Extinguishing your candle before the melted wax has reached the edges will create a tunnel down the middle and could result in lots of leftover wax.
No. 4
Draft Free Zone
It is important to burn your candle in an area that is free from drafts, fans and wind. Any bursts of air that cause your candle flame to dance around are also causing your candle wick to draw fuel at an inconsistent rate.
No. 5
Snuff It Out
Don’t blow out your candle. Blowing out a candle also creates smoke in your room, and that is never pleasant. Use the candle lid to extinguish the flame!
